I work with anxiety and neurotic conditions accompanied by sympathetic nervous system activation, emotional dependence and codependency issues, and relationship-related matters. I am also interested in topics related to loss of meaning and direction, identity crisis, youth crisis, emotional and professional burnout.

In my work, I mainly rely on the gestalt approach, which, in my opinion, is simultaneously warm, profound, and progressive. These qualities contribute to addressing even complex problems, ultimately allowing us to achieve long results.
